Hillary Clinton criticizes UFO, Pizzagate questions from GOP during Epstein deposition

BY RYAN MANCINI
02/26/26

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Thursday criticized questions she said she got from House Republicans about UFOs and the “Pizzagate” conspiracy during her deposition as part of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee’s investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

“It then got, at the end, quite unusual because I started being asked about UFOs and a series of questions about Pizzagate — one of the most vile bogus conspiracy theories that was propagated on the internet — that was serving as the basis of a member’s questions to me,” Clinton told reporters after her deposition in Chappaqua, N.Y.

She added, however, “I want to commend Chairman [James] Comer [R-Ky.] for raising a series of significant questions that I responded to about the nature of the investigation and the areas that I thought should be explored. So I appreciated that, I want to see the truth come out. So that was a reassuring way to end a very long, repetitive deposition.”

Clinton said she answered “every one” of the committee’s questions as fully as she could based on what she knew.

“I thought it was very repetitive,” Clinton later said. “I thought that they literally asked the same questions over and over again, which didn’t seem to me to be very productive. And then, as I said toward the end, there were several questions that were off-subject.”

She said she never met with Epstein and that she knew his associate Ghislaine Maxwell “casually, as an aquaintance.”

She later said she was confident that the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) files related to Epstein do not reveal anything that suggests her husband, former President Clinton, knew about Epstein’s crimes.

Clinton said she will not testify again and slammed the committee for not allowing the hearing to be in public, as she and Bill Clinton had pushed for, saying they could have “spent their day more productively.”…

GOP senators warn Justice Department to release all Epstein files mentioning Trump

BY ALEXANDER BOLTON
02/26/26

Republican senators are putting pressure on Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Justice Department to release all files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein that mention President Trump’s name, warning the issue won’t go away until there is full transparency.

GOP senators are urging the Justice Department to fully comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act in the wake of media reports that the department hasn’t released records detailing claims a woman made in 2019 against both Epstein and Trump, that related to an incident from the 1980s.

Republicans are on the defensive as Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer (N.Y.) is vowing that Democrats will use every tactic at their disposal to force the release of the missing records.

Republican senators want the Justice Department to get ahead of the issue by releasing any records mentioning Trump that officials may have withheld due to their sensitive or unverified nature.

“Release the documents. Redact the names of the victims. Don’t release photographs, naked or otherwise, of minors. Release the documents. This is not going to go away until there is full disclosure,” said Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.), a member of the Judiciary Committee.…

Bill Clinton blasts Republicans for deposing Hillary, says 'I did nothing wrong'

"I saw nothing, and I did nothing wrong," he said in his opening statement.

Former President Bill Clinton, in his opening statement at his historic closed-door deposition before the Republican-led House Oversight Committee on Friday, denied any knowledge of the crimes committed by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, going on to say making his wife Hillary Clinton testify "was simply not right."

In his statement as released, he stated that he will often say, "I do not recall" throughout his questioning because the events were "all a long time ago."…

On Friday, Bill Clinton said he had to "get personal" and blasted the committee for forcing his wife to answer their questions.

"You made Hillary come in. She had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. Nothing. She has no memory of even meeting him. She neither traveled with him nor visited any of his properties," he said in his statement as released. "Whether you subpoenaed 10 people or 10,000, including her was simply not right."

In her deposition Thursday, Hillary Clinton said she did not know Epstein, could not recall ever encountering him and never visited him on his island or at his home or office...

DOJ releases missing Epstein files related to a woman who made an allegation against Trump

The Justice Department indicated that the documents were not previously released because they had been "incorrectly coded as duplicative."

In a series of 2019 interviews with the FBI, the woman said she was a sexual assault victim of Jeffrey Epstein. She also alleged that she was assaulted by Trump in the 1980s when she was between the ages of 13 and 15.

The newly released interviews describe the allegations in detail. They include how the woman says her mother was blackmailed by Epstein and that for years after the alleged abuse from the disgraced financier, she received physical and verbal threats that she believed were directed by Epstein. She also told the FBI that Epstein “drove her and/or flew her to either New York or New Jersey” where she went to a “very tall building with huge rooms” where she said Trump sexually assaulted her, according to the FBI interview summaries.

The woman initially contacted federal law enforcement shortly after Epstein was arrested in 2019 with a lengthy description of how he assaulted her on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, when she was 13 years old in or around 1984, according to a summary of the FBI interview that was previously released by the Justice Department.

The FBI determined that the woman’s initial allegations against Epstein were significant enough that it followed up with her for three additional interviews. However, the fourth conversation was abbreviated.

The newly released documents do not include information about whether the agents considered the allegations credible or if they did additional work to verify or disprove the claims...

Giants co-owner Steve Tisch named in latest Epstein files

Tisch, 76, is chairman, co-owner and vice president of the Giants and has produced dozens of Hollywood films, including "Forrest Gump" and "Risky Business."

"We had a brief association where we exchanged emails about adult women, and in addition, we discussed movies, philanthropy, and investments," Tisch said of Epstein in a statement Friday. "I did not take him up on any of his invitations and never went to his island. As we all know now, he was a terrible person and someone I deeply regret associating with."

New York Giants co-owner
Steve Tisch and his siblings, Laurie and Jonathan, are transferring their 23.1% stake in the team to their children's trusts, following pressure over their association with Jeffrey Epstein.
