Yeah man, 5 years with all the programs that would have shorten her sentence, she would have done maybe 2 1/2 years or 3 topsPlay stupid games and win stupid prizes was never more true in her case.

Looks like she spent all the money on Lipo and a BBL that dikes are going to be fighting over for the next 20 years.
She thought she was going to suck and fuck her way out of something, again. All that fat going to be going to waste.
I saw this happen to a young dude. He got into a fight at a waffle house. As he was leaving he bust a few caps that hit and killed a female bystander. They offered him 7 years (note he already did 2 waiting on his trial). He refused and ended up getting 25 years.
Her lawyer should be disbarred if he or she was advising her to go to trial instead of taking a 5 year plea deal, especially when she would be out in half that time.
I don't believe she made that decision on her own free will especially when there was mounting evidence against her. It had to be someone in her ear that was advising her.

Never underestimate the stupidity of the average criminal.
No lawyer would have wanted to waste time on trial like this, if the prosecution was offering a descent plea deal.

Do not blame the lawyer. I was a witness on a case where the defendant chose to risk trial rather than take a 6 year plea deal.
He got 10 years PLUS 5 for perjury.
Depends on how much $ he stole and the fact that he took the plea & more than likely expressed remorse for his actions. Plus he probably sung on her...lol

I get what you're saying & the vast majority of us (blacks/minorities) know the judicial system is stacked against us, so why do the crime? She did the crime, blew the $$$ of material bs to show off and then turned down a gift plea deal.
