Retool with what? Boston = done. They have no assets other teams would want. They have very little cap space to sign any free agents that would improve the team. Next year they will be behind both the Bulls and the Heat. Depending on what the Knicks do to their roster, the Celtics could be behind them as well.

Face it, the Celtics had a good 4 year run and got a championship out of it. They are not like the Lakers, they retool every 5 years or so if that.
