Judging by the tone of the game, when Wade ran into Pierce he was probably me with a "Fuck You Bitch". Or many different other insults right in front of the ref to instigate a fight. A few minutes earlier he had just gotten a tech for a wack headbutt and told Jones to "Watch that Shit Bitch".
The ejection did "Seem" to be out of nowhere, but cursing in the face of an opponent in a threatening nature usually gets one ejected in basketball.

That's because Wade has a kids mentality and Ray Allen has a military mentality. Allen don't quit, he goes for what he has to do (strategically) . If Wade had his mentality, Wade would be a better player at moments like those.
