Bulls Fans, Lets have a candid conversation until the Bulls next game. If I had to say one thing that scares me about the Bulls is how they resemble so many of the teams in the past that have been great teams but did not win a title. I m talking about those teams that had ALLStars but no SUPERSTARS. Remember the Traiblazers team Drexler, Kersey, Porter? Remember that Golden State team TMC, That Seattle Team, Kemp, the Glove etc. The Sacramento Team Webber, Divac etc. PHoenix with KJ Barkley Marley, Dallas with DIRK Nash etc... All great teams but all ran up on a team with a Bonafide SUPERSTAR and lost either in the semifinals or the Finals. There are exceptions to the rule however the Bulls resemble many of the teams. Luckily they will not have to go up against MJ like most of the teams mentioned above but it is something to think about.

It's good to be in situations like tonight going down the stretch because in the playoffs there are going to be tight games where you need to grind it out for a win. Even if the entire game was ugly. Boston on the other hand has been losing these same kind of games.

If we hold on to the no. 1 seed, I believe we will get to the Finals. I'm not sure if they can win in the Finals this year. I usually go with experience, but I think it will come down to the team that gets after it defensively.
Boozer needs to step it up, tho. He hasn't been playing like he is capable of playing. He's looking really lazy. Also, our free throw shooting is a concern.

I don't like the way they started the game. I'm a big critic of Gibson, but when Boozer was fuckin' around, he came in and gave us a spark.
The flow of the game was just bad all around on our end. Deng's scoring kept us in the game. I liked the fact that they were able to pull it out. The Grizz played hard, but we can't afford to lose games like this down the stretch. We are up 2 on Boston now since they lost tonight.

I want to see how they come out against the Bucks on this back to back tonight. I like Rose's & Deng's demeanor on the importance of these games down the stretch. I expect a W tonight putting us two and a half games ahead of Boston. Since Kevin Love is out, Boston may get a chance to make up a half.
