now I'm not so sure. based on the law the poster above posted, if the boys/men did not know she was under 17 or if it is proven that she gave false information, I see this going 2 ways based on what's in the video:

(1) If the tape shows the girl "consenting": their lawyers may be able to bargain to have them charged with a lesser nonfelonious crime.

(2) if the tape shows them threatening her or forcing her and she is struggling: they will be charged with felony rape (where it doesn't matter what her age is/was)
