I give the Bulls credit for making great moves coming into this season, but they should have made a deal before the deadline. They could've gotten another sg.

I'm in the minority but I wish we would trade Gibson. Dude is garbage. That play where he missed the dunk and then the put back almost turned the game around when Lebron came down and got the 3 pt play. Also, he stay missing open 15 foot jumpers. We should have dumped him with a pick and gotten Mayo.

Deng was pissing me off in the first because I wanted to have him make Lebron work on the defensive end. He finally went to work in the second half. When he's looking to be a strong scoring option we usually get the W. We needed this one to try to get to that number 1 seed.

Im glad the Bulls beat the "Big 3"....but this was obviously a scrappy/barely won game.

The Bulls are a great rebounding team....and it showed tonight.
Heat: 39 Bulls: 53

Asik is a great rebounder.....but he really cant give us points. I also noticed that Kurt didnt play at all tonight. Kurt is a great rebounder also...and a much better scorer than Asik. Hope Tom Tibby keeps that in mind. Maybe he didnt play because Tom Tibby knew the Heat really dont have a inside presence. Bosh is soft as cotton. Dampier aint much to worry about..and Lebron was on Rose much of the night. Yeah maybe thats why

Rose gave us 26 points 6 dimes and 5 boards. Despite a few off games this year...Deng is actually having the best year of his career. Ive always said he should be used as trade bait, but if he keeps playing the way that he is for years to come then my mind wil quickly change. Boozer gave us a good 16 points and 9 boards. Noah 7 points and 8 boards.

I really dont have much else to type about this one. It was a VERY exciting game to watch...but obviously Rose needs some "option 2" scoring help. When he's double teamed he needs a good/consistent shooter or slasher to pass the ball to. We also need a STRONG inside presence. The fact that almost half of Miami's and many other teams that we've played manage to score either half or most of their points in the paint speaks volumes. We're one of the best defensive teams in the league....but we stil need that strong inside presence. Boozer aint it. I expect them to address these issue in the off season. There will be a lot of good cheap FA's that can fill in the blanks that we have.

BTW....The Heat seek revenge at home next week. Our next 5 are on the road. The Bulls are a different team on the road....so these next 5 games should be interesting.

Deng is looking more consistent..Noah has come back and been a rebounding/energetic machine and Boozer is fitting in nicely.

Tonight we can get closer to that number one seed. I hope the Bulls don't look past the Wiz at the crib. It's looking good tho, because Miami has some tough games coming up, tho they're mostly at the crib. The Knicks helped us out last night.
