XXLmag.com has confirmed that the veteran rapper is being held in Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, Texas without bail. Face is facing charges in four separate child support cases as well as currently undisclosed federal charges.

The last few years the Scarface has constantly spoken of retirement but last year he released his first official mixtape, Dopeman Music, and he was allegedly at work on a new album before his incarceration. He held the position as President of Def Jam South in the early 2000s, helping to steer the early career of Ludacris. Last year Scarface expressed displeasure for what he saw as the Geto Boys being slighted during VH1’s Hip-Hop Honors award show.
