I've barely even touched an XBOX before but it wasn't making sense to me why one would have significantly more people for online play than the other.

I'm content to play vs. the CPU anyway or old-fashioned in house versus. I don't need 8 year olds yelling racial slurs at me through a headset at night.

I was asking which is the best type of PS3 to get in terms of memory capacity-- What's the best value, what's a good starting point vs. overkill, etc.

Had that same argument 5 weeks ago. PS3 won got the 320G one from Newegg.com with the move. $ 399 free shipping or goto best buy if they have it in stock and have it shipped for $10 so you skirt the taxes and get rewards points if you can wait.

Large library once it becomes backwards compatible, blu-ray player, and that hard drive becomes storage too, In the immortal words of Clay Davis... Shhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttt !

I have both, PS3 & Xbox. If you are getting it for the PS3 move alone, go with the Xbox. The Kinect blows the move out the water. From having to hold one or two controllers in your hand, to not needing anything at all. The Kinect is cool as hell.

i prefer the ps3. i got a wii and my son got a 360. the ps3 interface is the best of all and i could care less about online play but if i did its free so i text or chat whenever. now that kinect and move seem fun...but i learned from the wii that i have no desire to be up moving all the time with videogames.

The 2tb harddrive has to be the WD Elements Desktop Drive I have been pricing those bitches and they are about 119 to 139 in the store. I bought the 1tb on sale about 6 months ago for about the same price $74.99. Been really satisfied with the network streaming capabilities of it. I might buy 3 of those 2tb models atleast two on Black Friday. I was pricing that bitch yesterday as matter of fact.

'Preciate the advice-- I'd rather buy all the memory I need now and I don't have any PS1 or PS2 games.
 
PS3 Bluray and media server. I get on youtube on the TV with it AND bgol when my computer crapped out on me. Upscales DVD's to 1080P and has the lil move bullshit.

I don't think that there is any reason to wait for a black friday deal- traditionally, the consoles themselves aren't discounted much- though sometimes they are bundled with additional games/controllers to create the illusion of a console discount- however, the included games are usually trash.

i dont own one, i was over a friends house playing his, the antics of these children are absurd is all im saying. on ps3 there arent any bundled headsets and not as many folks online so not as many dumb ass children have a voice.

thats not a war thats just how i use mine i got both i only use the ps3 to watch movies and i traded somebody a ipod that i paid 70 for 4 the ps3

all i was sayin if u gettin a game system for games...id get a xbox if u wanna do all this extra shit i guess ps3
 
I have both and as far as gaming, i like the 360. BETTER online play, organization, and market place. But the ps3 is a better, for lack of a better pharse, entertainment system. In fact, im typing these on my ps3 using a wireless keyboard and mouse lol.:dance:

Man when I first started that game I was like :eek::eek::eek::eek: after seeing all the machines and bad guys I had no idea how I could even fuck with them with Snake.
The last fight is soooo playa. Piss me off that I found out I could have done a lot more on that part but I already took the game back.
