I was looking for a street fight/freestyle and in street fights/freestyle there is no training/preping.
Ness basically described different ways he could kill him, not wack but nothing special.
I thought battling rapping was about barsand not def comedy jam
Sometime a few years ago battling stopped being about skills and basically telling jokes about the other MC. I can't stand it either but sometimes it's entertaining.
Few rappers can freestyle and make it sound good. You'd honestly be surprised how bad many of them sound if then flow off the top of their heads.
I'm late to because whats the point if it aint a freestyle.
90% of rappers don't freestyle. I remember back in 93-95 listening to the radio stations in Cali and and hearing artist such as Nas, Method Man, Mobb Deep, Redman and other "freestyling" the same rhymes they spit before on a different radio station. Sometimes they spit rhymes off of their upcoming albums.
Yeah I know that but in "streets/underground" I thought these dude still put in that work. I guess not......
That's exactly why I don't wanna hear that gangsta shit. You got beat up by a dude who sucks his thumb so don't come to a battle talking about shooting people for fun.
Well that's BDK's opinion on what a "Freestyle" is. When most people say freestyle, they're assuming that the MC is going "Off the Top" of their head.

off the top is off the top. A freestyle in it's original definition according to one of the premiere rappers from the golden era is a pre written.
I don't know what you guys peeped, but Solomon put on a battle clinic.... he had bars, he had jokes, he changed styles and beat Ness up from multiple angles and so on.
How could niggas say Ness won? I could not even give him a round. That's not saying he is wack but if you don't win any rounds.... what else do you call it if not destruction?

Ness killed that corny ass dude.That white dude wasn't even spitting,but just telling jokes that rhyme at the end.No rhythm whatsoever.
That Dude Iron Solomon Is Wack... He Had Some Funny Punchlines that he would talk out instead of rapping... his style is Ass Ness Got That One

So their best battles occur when emcees really take time to 'get prepared'.

You can save your info about Mc's battling because of those battles were inside battles no one else knew about but the artist and their camps.You might of heard about it but usually thats as far as it went.
The battling on dvd's is boarderline wack now because most of the cats battling cant write or produce a decent fucking mixtape.
Name one of the battling mc's who had a dope album,come out?and dont say Cassidy because even his shit is lack luster beside having a few couple hot singles.

He touched on making the bang in every round but it wasn't redundant because he came at it from different angles.
