I hit someone's car (BMW) while pulling into a parking space at a restaurant. Their rare bumper is all dented and scraped up and the color of my car transferred to their bumper. I took off and went to a different restaurant. My car wasn't messed up that bad. Just some scrapes and scratches on my front bumper.

Anybody ever hit someone's car and took off?
 
Accidentally? ..nope. Not even while parallel parking in NYC.

This is why I just park furthest away from cars in lots and just walk those extra hundred or so feet.

I did once when I was like 14. Keep in mind I was two years away from being old enough to legally drive, but moms let me take the car around the corner a couple times. I misjudged the distance to a car and hit it at about 5 mph in a McDonald's parking lot (85th and Holmes for my KC cats:lol:). A few scratches on their BMW, but ya boy BOUNCED! :smh: I honestly still feel bad about it to this day. The rare time I notice a new scratch or ding on my car I figure it's karma.

Cosign, the other day I was at Walmart and I saw a really pretty red corvette. NOt sure of the year but it was 3 years old or newer. The car was parked in the area mine was, had to walk passed it get to mine. Someone left a shopping cart very close to the vette. I just moved the cart. Someone is paying for that vette and some ass probably with a ford tarus left that cart there. People dont' respect peoples shit.

yeah when i was about 14 years old before i had a license my mom left me in the car so i had the bright idea to drive around the parking lot, then i bumped into someones car when i was returning to park.

My brother and my two cousins blackmailed me for like the next 10 years.
 
I hit a truck once. I scratched up my bumper and there was not even a single mark on that shit. not a ONE

What you do is to get a piece of paper, leave your phone number on it and offer to pay for the damage. Takes less than a minute to do that.
