i'm slightly worried.. hollywood likes to rewrite things for what they think their audiences want..
notice how amy is standing next to shane.. amy is supposed to die, shane is supposed to die... but i doubt hollywood is going to let them, they may be couple number two
A) allow only one couple, being rick and his wife (that is supposed to die)
B) allow rick to be the only white leading male, dont be surprised if some producer decides to kill of rick and keep shane
i'm not going to slam the show but im trying to contain my excitement just in case they let me down

much later.. there was the dad and son holding up next to ricks house.. tyrese and his daughter came in later, which if they are bold enough lends to otis's racist mentality, michone shows up later by the time they settle in the prison, there is the black guy who was a prisoner but i forgot his name,

i'm reading it for a second time.. i take a break from it when new comics are out then go back to walking dead during comic release dry spells.
Season 1 is only 6 episodes I believe. And they added 2 or 3 new black characters.

They making a gross error by even fucking with anything earth related...They should have GL in space from the moment it starts and just have an epic stellar battle with his origin described in the title start...

Apparently GL could have been worse........MUCH worse. Read this in the Yahoo article about the movie. I never knew this.

Green Lantern has a rotating roster of lead characters...It would be best served to start the movie franchise - that will intro this character to a lot of new people - with something that embodies that.
Star Trek was a great movie but it was not an ORIGIN of the Federation. GL should be something more along those lines. Since Green Lanterns span years and years of back history...it would be best served to show how big it is...Now they are going to sell us 1 cat with a ring as he figures out how to use it and then beats up a threat and ends the film with a shit eating grin...with small to little cameos...
I have no idea why you mention all those movies when those characters for the most part tried to hide their ID. Everyone knows that Hal Jordan is a GL. The fucking public calls him Hal not GL.
Fucking DC Defenders
This reminds me of that old Flash TV Series in the 90's.
I try not to watch Superhero adaptations because they change so much. But the few i have seen in recent years have been good. Except the Watchmen. That was horrable.
