The Lakers needed to protect their home court and as I said and others have said LA lose any of those games and it's over.

If you are Boston, you dont mind Kobe getting his points if the ball doesnt go into the post... he is a streaky shooter...he just made 4 field goals straight but he will miss just as many straight. Just as long as LA is not effectively running the triple-post and the pace doesnt increase, Boston has nothing to worry about..

Yep, the ball is no longer going into the post and Bynum and Gasol are only out there to rebound and anyone that has played team ball knows when the ball isn't moving and the team morale will be low which = lack luster effort and mediocre D.
