If you integrated IDM with your browser, it should pick it up automatically.

You can either click the little green arrow and capture the stream or it'll DL the file when you click the download link.

Nah, IDM doesn't work like that on any site that does that stupid refer link then file link, nonsense.

You have to have the link to the actual file location.

Megaupload, Rapidshare, Sharebee ... it all works the same.

I used to use cryptload but now MiPony is the gold standard as far as stand-alone downloaders go.
