iam guessing you tried this?

1. Make sure you are disconnected from the Internet
2. Unzip and unrar.
3. Install program using serial:F44G44444 when asked
4. Uncheck: Request the installer to contact National Instruments......
5. The installation will end with an error about the update service... (because of the disconnected Internet)
6. Click OK to terminate UpdateService.exe
6. Choose Restart Later (actually not needed to reload).
3. Use the keygen to generate the licenses.
4. Install license files using NI License Manager.
6. Just to be sure for the future (lol). Delete all the original *.lc files in:
\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\License Manager\Licenses
5. Enjoy!

If you are having trouble creating the license.dat file, it's because you have to copy the MAGNiTUDE folder from the iso to your hard drive. Then run keygen.dat and it will create the license.dat. You can't write the license file to a disc or a disk image unless you burn it. For this, when you run keygen.dat, your comp tries to and gets a permission denied. It can however write files to the hard drive no problem as you are well aware. You just have to understand what the keygen.dat file is doing, and that's taking data from ptc.dat, adding some new data(which the experts at MAGNiTUDE know and not me) and then sends that new data out as the file license.dat. It just needs a valid place to write it.

when you download the keygen you have to first move the keygen to a place on the computer so that when you run it it saves the lic files in the same location.

once you do that you have to go into lic manager and install the lics files that the keygen generated.

(there is a video of exactly how it is done in that thread mp4 format)
