I'm a little confused about Cage though. They got him as this big time bad ass, but he's only as strong a female asgardian. If you look at it he's not really powerful a character.
Really? I thought he had at least worked his way up to 75ton class....I'm a little confused about Cage though. They got him as this big time bad ass, but he's only as strong a female asgardian. If you look at it he's not really powerful a character.

Cage has always been portrayed with inconsistent strength. He supposedly started at 10 tons which is Spider-Man level, but soon after he was rocking with the Thing. During the 90s Heroes for Hire relaunch he was steady knocking out Hulk and Namor villains. I think Bendis probably brought back him down to his original levels, which I don't actually have a problem with.
I know he got the bump up in recent years. OG Cage (PowerMan and IronFist) was at 3 tons. He has never been as strong as many other bruisers, but he's hard to hurt. He's always had Thing (Ben Grimm) level resilience to injury, and that's what always kept him knuckling up with stronger opponents.
Anyone have links to the Gantz series starting from the first one. I use OneManga but they suspended the title.
