I didn't really trip on the Roy trade because I felt he was better than any other receiver we could've got in the 1st. And i'm not gonna write him off yet but somethings not right. This nigga can make the Pro Bowl for the damn Lions? LIONS? I was pissed when we cut TO though. I don't know if Roy is a legit #1 in this league or not but I didn't want him to be a #1 on this team. He's a GREAT #2 alongside TO. Never got a chance to see what this team could be with TO and Roy having a training camp.
We gave up way to much for Roy Williams, I think the Cowboys remembered is days at Texas but he's never been dominant like that in the league. A first,Third and late round picks is too much to give up for a possession receiver

Picks ain't costing us. Especially with the shit we've done with 1st round picks. If you can give me a ex-pro bowler that's 27 years old? I think you have to do it because you don't know what you have in 1st rounders. But they did give up too much. Especially when you see what was given for Braylan Edwards.

The Cowboys just spent a #1 on Barbie Carpenter, Marcus Spears and Anthony Spencer who hopefully looks to finally be coming along. Its not that you can't find 1st rounders. But you tell me a team in this league that wouldn't take a 27 year old who was a Pro Bowler two seasons prior for a #1? Its easy to say it after the fact and in hindsight but I think you gotta trade a #1 for someone who's developed.

Yea I ain't feeling this receiving core and I knew this shit would happen. I knew this would. You cut TO fine. But you better replace him and not from within because I don't see it on this team. Roy Williams is Keyshawn IMO. Imagine this team with Keyshawn some years ago and without Terry Glenn? Fucking pitiful. I like what the Cowboys got at receiver but they need a #1 or a speedy receiver to be that #2.
