It not even about the 10 buck, it the principles of how you go about things. Don't use scare tactics as if you limited certain members access if you don't pay 100% donation. Hell, provide me a list of where the money going and what i'm getting for $10 that i can't get from another message board for free. I've been around this board since 96 and was planning on donating anyway but the way this board been lately it not holding my attention. I'm doing things in my life that hold more value than being on BGOL.Damn ive never seen so many ppl argue over 10 bucks.
Which i was going to point out on my first comment. And please members correct me if i'm wrong, a website would have to be registered as an business to collect sponsorship (for tax purpose). If you're not registered as a business than the most you can ask for would be donations. Limiting members access all because they didn't want to donation would be acting as a business right? So if you're actig as a business but not registered as one would be illegal act right?

I have a lot of good members who appreciate the hard work the Mods and I put into this board, they like the feeling of community, the term donation works for them.
Members who are bitching like all hell are in the minority, this board has a base of support greater than what you think. I love this board and the members who make it work.
