This is a bit of a spin off of Jo's thread asking the fellas why we choose to post here on SOL. My question is pretty simple. How do the women of SOL feel about seeing men post on this side? I've broken the general question in to a few smaller ones to help guide your thoughts and responses...

1. Do you have any expectations of what you might read when you see a man's name as thread starter, and/or the last person to post? Is that expectation based on who the guy is?

2. What do you like about our participation here?

3. What do you dislike about our participation?

4. Do you feel us being here helps you understand the minds, thoughts, emotions, etc. of (some) black men? Why or why not?

...You can answer these questions specifically, and/or add other thoughts and opinions. Once again, they are just a blueprint for you to build on. Holla at us... :cool:

Hey, CT, I really don't care.

Men have opinions on women stuff just like women have opinions on female stuff so I welcome it all. Even the misogyny cause it helps you to identify bitchasses in real life.


The one thing I can't stand on both sides of the board is people who don't know no better, can't be corrected, and don't learn from being wrong. Even though it's a porn board it's some educational shit round here in a couple of categories. I don't think most round here use it.

3. What do you dislike about our participation? That you dont realize some posters may mistake your comments as you belong to them and then they get you involved in internet/Blog/Chatroom/Board pettiness thats gets YOU laughed at...And well lets face..Men some of ya'll see pussy and forget logic.

I think, mostly because of the male participation, this side of BGOL still thrives...

I'm pretty sure we all enjoy the e-flirting, e-harassing, e-jokes :lol: It's all in good fun...

I expect certain behaviors/posts/threads from particular male AND female members...and I welcome mens' thoughts and perspectives on many of the topics posted over here...

I can't say that I wouldn't expect men to be intrigued about female posters and their looks, bodies, etc. It gets kinda old after a while begging and asking for new pics, etc. BUT, as I said, I guess it's expected with the territory (we are on a porn board, after all...)

I think, just like we're a small sub-set of black females, the same exists here. That being said, you're going to have different personalities and thoughts about different types of black women. I run with a much more diverse group of friends off the net, so I can't say I discuss some of the same affairs so openly as we do on BGOL/SOL...however, your thoughts and comments are always welcome :yes:
