Name A Rapper That's Never Had A Hater?

A few of my favorite rappers. You don't hear a bad thing about these guys. Nothing but respect from their peers.
Kurupt dissed the Firm, probably over him and foxy having problems. AZ then dissed him on a mixtape, track titled "its war" or "war".
Recently 50 dissed AZ for no fucking reason AZ made a real solid response in my opinion, some real grown man shit on the track "Royal Salute".
The Roots and B.I.G. had a lil static over biggie saying "the gooch" which sound like The Roots....then the roots came out with the what they do video and it contains a satirization of Big's one more chance video.
I can cosign on that. Heavy D is very well respected and liked behind the scenes. He's a straight shooter when it comes to business, which is very fucking rare in the music business.
So, I'm sitting here thinking about all this 50 v. Ross beef ... and all the shit said between and about them by fans and haters
And then it got me thinking -- damn, as fickle and as competitive as rap is, I can only name a handful of rappers that have NEVER had (to my knowledge) haters or a bad thing said about them.
Never a "Oh, that nigga's music sucks" or "Yo, fuck that bitch/nigga" or "That nigga's a fraud" or "He/she ain't representing...." or assorted shit like that ...

A few years ago I got into a online argument over the importance of Heavy D to hip hop. A lot of people were saying he was wack and shouldn't be mentioned in any form. I don't know if that constitutes but I was suprised by some of the responses.
A lil before my era but didn't Mc Lyte and Antoinette have a beef over stealing lyrics or songs or some shit.
And La La made that "name calling" track off...was that actually directed toward someone or was it just hypothetical, because she went it on that shit.
You beat me to it. But, I think they toured with NWA and while it never made it to wax, there was supposed to have been some tension between the two groups.
Yo Lyte and Antoinette used to go hard.. then Antoinette went to college and dropped off the scene.. She was nice with hers too.

Charlie Brown and Dinco (two-thirds of LONS) had beef with Busta. They felt he was getting the most shine out of the three in the group. That was the reason LONS broke up.
Chuck D and Dj Premier had a lil beef over the sample of his voice on the ten crack comments.
Mc Lyte had beef with the real roxanne.
De la soul had a diss track on the grid date cd but I dont know who they was talking about. someone from the west I think.

Didn't know about the Bootcamp click beef. When was this? I always thought they were cool since they periodically did songs together. I know both groups disliked Biggie and I always thought it was funny how Biggie only responded to the Bootcamp (he had Starange Wundah stomped out at the Tunnel; Starang spoke on it in an interview and rapped about it in the song "I ain't havin that") and not the Wu.
The entire Wu-Tang (and most of the rap world) took offense to 50's "how to rob." That happened well after Wu-Tang prime. I think I already mentioned it earlier, but the RZA, Killa Sin, and a few of the lesser known Wu minions ran 50 off from one of his performances back when he was on tour promoting "how to rob." I'm not sure if its true or not, but according to a post on the wutang-corp forum, Killarmy stomped out some of 50's boys around the same time.

Yeah, but not ones of genres that are on TV, radio, everyday. That's why it was a big deal. It would be different if Hip-Hop was Bluegrass or even Jazz at this point, but there is no bigger pop culture phenomenon than Hip-Hop even back then. Hammer, Will Smith, Run-DMC, and LL Cool J were household names at that point.
Wrecks N Effect were some coward ass niggaz. Ice Cube and the Lynch Mobb made the same reference basically, when Cube said, "And you can New Jack Swing from my nuts" and they aint do shit, yet run up on Q-Tip.
Hell yeah, Will Smith used to clown niggaz in radio battles on the radio in Philly. I think he clowned Steady B or Cool C or one of those dudes.

Yeah, he was pretty open-minded. He used to have MC Eiht and E-40 in his videos and shit even at the height of the "East Coast/West Coast" shit.
Dude, anybody who don't respect Heavy D, don't know Hip-Hop, so fuck em. Dude is a legend and a top 20-30 MC all-time. You didn't have to be gangsta or hard back then. You just had to have skill and Heavy had skills. Underrated skills. Him and Chubb Rock, criminally underrated.
