Kinda. The upcoming Ultimatum event is supposed to change everything in the Ultimate universe up. At least one Ultimate title is going away but Bendis has confirmed that Ultimate Spider-Man will keep running and we already know that Mark Millar's working on Ultimate Avengers. So in some way, shape or form, there will still be an Ultimate universe.
