they fight three times, cass loses her skill to predict moves pretty early on around issue 7, batman tells her to stay off the streets coz its gonna take atleast a year to be half as good bitch doesnt listen and start bein a vigilante and runs into shiva and soundly gets her ass handed to her I think thats issue 8 or 9. She asks shiva to reteach her, her lost skills shiva agrees only if they can fight again in a duel to the death a year later, the year later fight is a 26. hope that helps

Nice blast from the past. Some of the redos were pretty decent. Just a thought. why is it that everytime someone reimagines Aquaman it's always as a sea creature and not a water elemental or something like that?.....................

Nightwing year one was total bullshit and not in line with the history established in the TItans. Where the Nightwing character really debuted.
 
Ok can some one explain to me what exactly is the premise of Batman RIP? Are they trying to kill him or drive him crazy (which I find that extremely difficult being that ......well :hmm:) and has anyone got some hints as to "they"(it one or group) are yet and does this tied in to this current Crisis saga?

I don't know about whether it ties into crisis, but i think they tried to make him crazy but he had a mental backup plan which basically turned batman loose w/o the constrictions of bruce wayne, sort of a defense mechanism.....at least thats how it reads to me...someone else might have more insight

Morrison said in an interview that RIP happens before Final Crisis
and the Batman in Final Crisis IS Bruce Wayne :confused:
so at the end of RIP Bruce would still be in the costume :confused:

Morrison is the type of writer that knows the story and tells it his way expecting you to know things just because :hmm:
maybe if the explained more :hmm:
