Can someone hook me up on how to properly play videos on your phone? I have bought a memory card for my BlackJack 2, but the playback is horribly sluggish.

Is there a way I can get it to play and stream without the lag?

Thanks.

Can someone please help me find the GARMIN GPS Unit ID.
"Run GarminMobileXT and record the Unit ID and use keygen to create unlock key."

you need to do exactly what is says....so ..run the program..go into the settings(go to -> Settings -> System -> About -> Unit ID) and record the device ID it gives you....

yo i cant get my outlook mobile to connect wit my school's email.... any suggestions greatly appreciated

this is too general a question, my advice to you(especially since I work for/in a University I.T. dept.) is to ask your I.T. dept what settings you need to use for IMAP or POP.

What program are you using to play the videos? What format are the videos? Are you using a converter to convert the movies before you put them on your memory card?

I'm using Windows Media Player to playback the files.

What format are the videos?
The videos vary. Wmv, avi, mpg... etc

Its funny because the smoothest running ones are the 3gp videos that were recorded with the phone. Anything outside of that though, is sluggish.

No i'm not. I was reading up last night about how to encode the bps I believe, with Windows Media Encoder. But when I go to use the Pocket PC setting on the encoder, it gives me a failure error message.

Thanks for the help btw. I think there's a way to get these movies to run smoother, just a matter of finding out how.

I would suggest using Coreplayer or TCPMP. Coreplayer has been posted in this thread.

Here is Spb Mobile DVD. It converts media for playback on your device. There are other apps, but i like this one the most. Its easiest to use. Also, IMO, .avi file works better.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RC3Q3GWS
Instructions
• Install and execute SPB Mobile DVD
• In the registration dialog, enable "I do not have Internet connection. Activate me offline" and type in the generated registration code and then click on Activate
• In the new window, you'll see an Installation ID. copy the ID to the keygen to get a valid serial number
• Copy the serial number to the registration window and click the Activate button.

That's hilarious. I was just downloading this program that someone else recommended. Either way I got it up and running but i've run into a bit of a problem. I try and convert an avi, or wmv, or something like that, and the preview screen is just solid green. Nothing else. When the file is loaded onto my phone however, the audio track is the only that is playing.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks.

off of Howardforums dot com (the answer to all phone ??s)

1) save the contacts to your phone (not your SIM),
2) save the ringtone to the ringtones folder, and
3) edit the contact info and select "ringtone" and use the drop down menu to search for the ringtone you want to use for that contact.

good luck:D

Question for all HTC mogul, xv6700/6800 users and it maybe all HTC phones...is there anyway to change the type of virbate the phone does for specific tasks? There is three vibrate pulse for both sending and recieving texts and e-mails. There is also only one long pulse for a call. I was hoping someone knew how to change it...any help is appreciated.

Anyone got skills with Wisbar? Trying to hook my device up with a hot theme, but not sure how to get it working.

yo sane can u run the list of programs u run on your phone

sure np...when I get a chance I'll do even better I'll post a video walk through of how my phone is set up. At the moment its pretty tame ..well sort of...the only thing i have not tinkered with on my new setup is Ultimate launcher...I updated my tilt to the latest stock ROM and have not had time to reconfigure Ultimate Launcher.

genius...you dont need a code....i provided the fully activated version...re-read the post you quoted....

Whoa whoa, be easy with that. I was asking because under the activation tab there was no codes entered. Just asking a question man no need for insults. When I think of cracked version the shit usually has a key generator or code in a .txt or .nfo.
