I believe that when you see niggaz going raw in these Brazil flicks or flicks with Brazilian girls, it's reasonable to assume that all of them may already be infected and therefore don't give a fuck about going raw. You can't catch what you already have.

Additionally, some of you may already be aware of this, but Brazil is notorious for presenting false negative HIV test papers. Yes, it's true. There's a hustle down there for fake paperwork. Google that shit.

For those of you who have been to Brazil, yo, it's not even safe to get some uncovered head-whop. There's more shit out there than just HIV that niggaz should worry about.

Not that I even care that much about this argument, the fact remains that in 2006, Brazil reported 620,000 cases of HIV.

Due to great strides for a "developing country", in 2007 Brazil was able to treat 180,000 people. That's still 440,000 thousand people that weren't treated. And these are only cases that were reported. But, like I said, I don't even give a fuck about this argument. You niggas should be strappin' up on GP anyway, wherever the fuck you at.
