Maybe you've never met a skilled shit-talking woman. They are usually, but not always, older and more experienced than you. For some reason, a shit-talking woman has always thought in the back of her mind that she could actually beat you down if she needed to. Hence, on a basic fundamental level,a shit-talking woman doesn't respect you.
They are cunning too. They know when you've had a bad day, and can't take much more. Then, when you least expect it, and when escape isint viable, they start. You argue with her at first. Then, she wears you down and you threaten her. The average man doesn't intend to act upon that threat: it's his way of saying 'you need to fall back right now, I can't take anymore.' A shit-talking woman senses that weakness and crosses the line. She's challenging you.
At that point, you walk away and a shit-talking woman takes the victory, but respects you even less. Then, it may be a few days, or a few weeks, or even a few months, later she'll start again. When she does, she's even more bold, and the situation is more intense because you both remember what happened last time. Eventually, the average man will either leave the girl alone for ever, or become violent.
