The Official 2025/2026 NBA Season - The New York Knicks Are The 2026 NBA CHAMPIONS!!!

It seems to be personal because why would you pay jaylen brown all that money after they won a championship 2 years ago to all of a sudden want to trade him to their rival for 2 first round picks and 2 second round picks.

There's something else that happened that they won't tell nobody about.

Brown didn't even demand a trade.

PG and his horrible contract for what the celtics got in return is a step backwards.

^^^^

Thats my gut too

But I also get these owners are terrified of the second apron

And PG deal ends 27/28

BUT EVEN THAT DONT FULLY EXPLAIN THIS.

And two more things

Why was Jalen value in the trade market so low? Why was he so undervalued?

And why RUSH to do this trade RIGHT NOW?

I would pump the brakes on saying he's the executive of the year before witnessing this team win it all. To each their own!

As far as everything else that you've said, I agree with.

Brad and Co. is supposed to be having a press conference about the trade but I don't believe they will tell the truth for why they've traded brown and his value being low after the season he's had and the team being the #2 in the eastern conference even though boston lost in the first round.

But brown has not gotten the respect he deserves and I believe this would be a fuel to prove everyone wrong about him.

Pierce even said how they traded him to celtics back then and he used that as a motivation and fuel to win a championship with boston to prove that trade was a mistake.

 this philly fan sh*t is addictive

Blame @jack walsh13

You played in the NBA Paul. Folks making these comments NEVER FUCKING PLAYED BASKETBALL!!!!!

Paul Pierce on Colin Cowherd comments saying Jaylen Brown has a disease of thinking he’s the smartest guy in the room, that’s why he got traded:

“This is gotta be the lamest sh*t of a excuse of somebody to get traded of all-time. When Luka got traded I understood it, “Oh he didn’t do this, he’s out of shape.” You know, when like big names get traded it’s always something that comes out. You’re the smartest guy in the room, he believes that? And his analytics didn’t add up? But they won 50 plus games and they was second in the East, you hear what I’m saying? These are the reasons he supposedly left a sour taste in the organization mouth to get traded? I can’t believe this.”

There were 3 better deals on the table, and Boston fucked them up by being greedy. But, to end up getting what they got definitely makes you think there's something else going on besides Brad getting played.

Exactly. I posted dude's explanation in here, but this was a money move. PE owns the Celtics and they are all about PROFITS > Winning.....They can't justify paying 2 players close to $600 million......Tatum signed an extension worth $300 million in 2024.

PG is only owed $100 million over the next 2 years.....

Going after JB character is just stupid BS though....I just wish the Boston executives come out and just say we can't justify paying 2 players $600 milion dollars

How much is the contract extension Jaylen Brown is eligible to sign worth after 76ers trade

The Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers have engaged in a shocking trade.

For the past few weeks, the Boston Celtics were linked to Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. However, they failed as Giannis joined the Miami Heat.

While the trade for the 2x NBA MVP failed, the rumor mill suggested that the Celtics remained keen on moving Jaylen Brown for some reason. Well, the franchise has succeeded in doing so.

Boston Celtics trade Jaylen Brown to Philadelphia 76ers

Brown had been a crucial part of the Celtics’ roster over the last decade or so and even played a major role in the team’s 2024 NBA Championship run.

Despite that, the Celtics recently traded Brown to the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for Paul George, two first-round picks, and two second-round picks.

Considering Brown didn’t even ask to be traded, the move has shocked the NBA community to its core. But what’s done is done.

For Brown, it’s time to look forward to his next chapter and possibly a new contract extension with the 76ers.

Jaylen Brown will soon be eligible for a massive two-year contract extension

Right now, Brown is among the two players in NBA history, who signed supermax extensions worth over $300 million. The other player is his former Celtics teammate, Jayson Tatum.

He will enter Year 3 of his massive deal, but post-July 26, 2026, he will also become eligible to sign a new extension, albeit with the 76ers.

With that, it begs the question of what the value of his new extension will be. As of now, Brown is projected to be eligible to sign a contract extension worth $142 million over two years.

Considering Brown still has three years left on his deal, the new extension would keep him locked up with the 76ers until the end of the 2030-31 NBA season.

Jeff Teague says AAU basketball has become a predatory “Money Grab” for "OG" coaches & are only in the sport for personal profit rather than player development.

“You wonder why SGA, Jokic, Luka, Giannis are always winning MVP’s” —Jeff on International players surpassing Americans due poor player development during early age in USA

Jeff speaks on how AAU coaches quietly approach major brands like Adidas for $50,000 donation sponsorships & pocket $45,000, without ever informing the players or their parents

Jeff also had to humble a DELUSIONAL kid thinking it’s easy making it to the NBA. Jeff blames coaches & parents for lying to them.

Jeff states : “A kid told me that I was SAD in the league & he was dead serious”

Teague response: “You know you’re not making it to the NBA right?”

NBA Champ, Jeff Teague is now shaping the next generation of ballers as a head coach at his old high school in Indiana post-retirement from NBA

Rich Paul says Clutch Sports Group started with LeBron James and just 3 other NBA players—with no money coming in

“Clutch Sports Group started with Eric Bledsoe, Tristan Thompson, Cory Joseph, and LeBron James.”

“That was four players.”

“It was 2012.”

“All of their contracts were still with the previous company.”

“So there was no money to be made.”

“We had to wait.”

“People close to me questioned why I would leave.”

“They couldn’t drive a wedge because they had seen me sacrifice.”

“I was barely in Miami.”

“I skipped the boat trips.”

“I was in Lexington, Mississauga, and Brampton trying to build something for myself.”

“The last thing you want is to be dependent on somebody.”

“I’ve never been that.”

Yeah, I believe the higher ups got something to do with it as well because brad turned down deals that could've made the team better and got something better in return.

Brad & Co. can switch the subject or speak in code for why they did this dumb shit but it'll never take away from the sixers fleecing them which would never have happened had danny ainge was still in charge.

It's like gansey and Bob Myers took advantage of someone who was punk being a bully.
