i mentioned in here how the knicks matched up well with the spurs. mainly because they got bigs who could effect wemby and make him work and players who could hit their outside shots. mitch and the spurs had no adjustment.....their whole defense is wemby and is predicated on the team funnelling the ballhandler to wemby on the inside. mitch had no counters for the knicks making the spurs chase them around for the whole shot clock and for when wemby was off the floor. in order to win mitch needs wemby to be special on both sides of the court ....every night...thats not sustainable
All that is left if the International... The 2028 Olympic team...
