The Official 2025/2026 NBA Season - The New York Knicks Are The 2026 NBA CHAMPIONS!!!

It might not be fair to compare, but those comparing have to factor in all the scenarios that you mentioned.

If Joker plays like this another 4 years with no championships, he'll be viewed as a great player with great stats that couldn't lead his team to championships.

Regarding not winning another championship for Joker. You see how they're treating him now after getting beat in the first round.

Now imagine the great numbers and not winning another championship. It'll be the same if not worse than now.

It'll be hard for him to surpass Shaq simply because of Shaq's dominance and defensive presence.

Damn.

Personally I have no issues at all about how Joikc is being treated right now.

I think if he was a black player the criticism would have been worse and sooner in his career.

All these things should be factored in and the pressure put on all this top tier players.

Sidebar: imagine if Joel Embid could lead his team to a championship?

His ENTIRE story is FOREVER COMPLETELY REWRITTEN.

Damm.

So it begins.

And im happy that Joker can now really experience a 1% od what it feels like to be a modern athlete especially in a predominantly black sport.

Because the psychological pressure on black athletes is never fully discussed or appreciated - on and off the court.

Now Joker will see the same journalists and internet scribes who showered him with love? suddenly shift.

There will be loud is Joker over rated debates, contract debates etc.

As much as Joker acts ABOVE it all?

His reaction to that late game blowout basket shows he DOES CARE AND LISTENS TO THE NOISE.

????

Hodges and Buechler was Elite. The people u named were good.

I seen Ron Harper with my own eyes give niggas work

And Scottie was almost mvp

This isn’t no Scott brooks and Clyde type shit from “klutz” city

Did you just say Judd Buechler was elite?? He averaged 3 points on the Bulls & for his career.

Y'all need to understand the difference between elite players & role players.

Donovan Mitchell is not a winning basketball player. He plays that dumb ass low IQ selfish hero ball that BGOL loves. :smh:
