I’ve said to a number of people in my life I am grateful I have not had knee or foot problems in my life. Just a deep knee strain once in the mid-90s.
And that’s after years of league and rec basketball, soccer, track & field and recreational jogging.
Running on grass, pavement. track, and gravel. Didn’t play on any artificial turf during my league years.
Just grateful my knees, back & feet are not fucked up after all the wear and tear and overusage.
