I think this happens when former great players join the media and are critical of current players. We saw this with DK and Unc and then he had to come back and apologize. Like I'm not sure if current players of the game really know what these dudes were like. Social media has amplified people who are loud and wrong and they don't have the credibility. It would be like someone like Jake Paul saying Mike Tyson wasn't that good in his prime.I think it’s important to realize that most know what Cam was. He had a great career. It look like the opposite because sensitive ass Philly fans and Gillie are the loudest so it look like he wasn’t appreciated and then there’s some weird stuff found on with Carolina honoring him or lack there of but everyone know Cam was the truth. Him just like ATL Vick, Vince Young, etc represent when teams didn’t properly build good offenses around black QBs.
