I already know people who have said they won't vote for Newsom because of his stance on trans rights. And I get that on a level if that's important to you, but at the same time, it's frustrating that we can't at least draw some lines.
For clarity, I know that they weren't exactly fans of Biden (or Harris), either, but they felt like they needed to make a hard call. So part of it is feeling betrayed by the last election.
Personally, I'm still wondering if we're going to get to elections in 2026, never mind 2028.
This is a party that isn't serious about winning. Dems are much more excited about protesting than voting and winning.
