Not really. She is trying to get more power over gun laws under her control. Directly it could mean more people being able to sell firearms state to state so on it's face she thinks she is helping gun rights. But as even the gun rights people can see once the government has the power it doesn't go away. So the next administration can take this registry she created to open the floodgates on gun sales as a way to restrict gun sales and go after all these new "gun dealers".
This is why these aren't serious people. They have bad intentions but also have bad execution so all their diabolical plans end up being piles of shit.
This could easily be the biggest 52 fake out in history. The next 3 years Trump spends testing the limits of presidential and executive power and gaining Supreme Court support doing it just means the next Democratic president can go HAM!!! lol they are creating the means to their own destruction.
