Damn! I remember Rudi he was in a tandem with…was it Dillon? 45? Damn….
That shit doesn't help the QB because he always have to adapt learning another scheme and playbook since every OC got their own ideas.
There needs to be some stability with OC staying on the team for 3 or 4 years before getting another job as a coach or OC.
That's it's crazy when people talk shit about a QB the way he plays because every time a OC leaves there's another learning curve they have to learn all over again.

I agree it does hinder them and it’s why you see a lot of QBs suck. But I think with Hurts and a lot of these guys it doesn’t change much from OC to OC. I think ultimately Sirianni has a playbook and a game plan and he’s gonna stick to it regardless of OC. It’s why Lions still look good without Ben Johnson.
