Yeah, winning does help especially winning the championship but then again teams only have but so much cap space to pay players they want to keep which is why most leave for more money even though the outcome doesn't always be good playing for another team.

Also, I don't know what amount of money tyreek hill is making with the dolphins but dude doesn't seem to be happy over there after getting all that money.

I wouldn't look too much into it, hurts had the same attitude, he didn't even bother putting his SB ring on his finger because he wanted to stay humble and wanted more with him still having that screensaver of that superbowl loss against the chiefs. It's not about being a diva boy some players want to stay humble and ready to win more..
