Most crimes in total because crackas are the majority , but per capita wise in cities we doing most of the crime along with Latinos but it’s due to poverty. Just like shit hole poor cracka areas have a ton of crime but they are usual rural areas and not densely populated. Crime has a direct correlation with poverty. Indian reservations have a ton of crime because they are dirt poor.

The governors have told him that. He is cutting funding to the programs that have helped lower crime and homicides, all the while saying crime is spiking, even though it's at a multi decades low.
It doesn't matter tho, it's not about crime, that's just the pretext. It’s about setting a precedent to have the military in American cites and, IMO, eventually to stop elections and have martial law. To do that you start with the "least desirable" so the majority of white folks won't interfere. That means us. He is dehumanizing us like he did immigrants, taking away due process etc. Once it's time for the (poor and lower middle class) white folks turn, there will be no stopping it.
