Cheap and adding more depth. At best he would be listed as the #4 or #5 WR...After this year and Payne's contract is done things will be much better...

Yeah maybe Bourne is insurance but I expected Jaylin and McCaffery to get reps. Bourne seems like a progress stopper.

Luke used to be a QB? i didnt' know that. that explains it i suppose. still learning to run routes and get open. He has a decent amount of athletic ability (remember that kick return vs philly, and the 30yd reception on MNF vs bengals) i would involve him more if possible. Hopefully he is working hard at getting better.

Pat, Allen and Burrow are all right around the same age. People don't realize it, because of how much Pat has accomplished already.
