Just 2 months ago. Rubio told us he would be revoking Chinese students' visas. A few weeks later, Trump reversed that because he claimed he had reached a deal with China for "full magnets and any necessary rare earths." Contradicting Rubio in classic Trump blame-shifting style, he said Chinese students studying here "has always been good with me!" At the time, there were about 280,000 Chinese students here. With this announcement, is he doubling that? What happened to Rubio's anti-visa crusade and where are our full magnets and necessary rare earths?
