Did Ben Johnson's slot WR get 1,000 yards or finish top-15 among all WRs in receptions?

Kelce and Gronk, okay fine. Anyone else is below Sharpe. Sharpe when he retired was the best TE in NFL history. Times change, but he was better than Tony during that era. Players act like playoff and SB performances are just run of the mill. Not everyone can come up big during the high pressure moments.

Carter included.

c carter has had some wild takes lately

sharpe has to be considered the early form of 'weapon', not necessarily tight end, though he played the te position.

no, not the greatest blocker of all time, but dude could go to the house on any play. people look at this club shay shay shit and don't recognize that this dude was feared in the nfl as a receiving 'tight end'. i still remember him crushing the raiders hopes of winning at home in oakland during that ravens super bowl run. catch inside slant, turn around,

...96 yards to the house.

10 years in.

and he was a receiving threat all the time

I don't understand, why people are questioning his football resumé. He played on two teams that were running the ball most of the time(especially in Baltimore)yet he still was able to be one of the best tight ends in history.

He was clutch especially against Pittsburgh in the first Superbowl run.

For you Miami fans, do you remember Oronde??? Played at Winston Salem State....Oronde Gadsden 2nd is his son...

Listen to that Geechie Boy!!! Hear it all in his voice! LOL
