40 Israeli forces’ killed, wounded in complex ambush in northern Gaza: Resistance commander

Frame grab from a video released by the Palestinian resistance movement of the Islamic Jihad’s armed wing on July 4, 2025, shows a red signal hovering above an Israeli tank that is expected to be shortly targeted by resistance fighters.
The Palestinian resistance movement of the Islamic Jihad’s armed wing has announced either killing or injuring at least 40 Israeli forces during a complex ambush targeting various groups of the troops in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

The announcement was made on Friday by one of the commanders of the al-Quds Brigades, as the military wing is named, various resistance news outlets reported.

The official specified the location of the operation as Gaza City’s Shuja'iyyah neighborhood.

He commended the strikes for “matching the operational terrain precisely,” and enabling the resistance fighters to “control the enemy and its advancing vehicles.”

The ambush included targeting of a home, where roughly 10 Israeli forces had barricaded themselves in, with guided missile.

Roughly 20 more forces were also hit inside another such building with a TBG (thermobaric grenade) that relies on dispersing gas, liquid or powdered explosive.

The strikes also featured detonation of a minefield, which contained six anti-armor explosives, against invading vehicles.

‘Troops fled screaming’

According to the commander, “In this particular operation, the enemy soldiers lacked the ability to take initiative or respond.”

“They resorted only to fleeing and screaming, and barely fired a shot at our fighters.”

‘Charred corpses’

The ambush, the commander added, was followed by scenes of “charred Israeli corpses” being scattered around across the neighborhood.

The enemy, however, “lies to conceal battlefield losses” in this case too, he added.

The Israeli military has so far admitted to losing only two troopers, adding that eight more forces, including troopers and officers, have also been wounded as a result of the resistance strikes.

The ambush took place as part of Palestinian fighters’ continued defensive operations in the face of an October 2023-present war of genocide by the Israeli regime.

The regime began the war after Gaza’s resistance fighters infiltrated deep within the occupied Palestinian territories, encircling strategic Israeli bases and taking hundreds of the regime’s illegal setters captive.

If it took place the 4th it should be on the Net at least 3 days later I’ll see if I find something !

Bruh, if these group continue to coordinate ambushes it’s gonna get to a point where the IDF will refuse to going into these areas

Opposite to the US in Vietnam Israelis have been beaten in several locations inside Gaza beside Beit Hanoun the problem that Israelis face is that they’ve nothing left they sent all their elite units in Gaza with no success !

The IDF is going to collapse

Like having air superiority is key for them

:oops:o_O:oops::eek:

Edit : no military in the entire world can deal with such a massive dosage of courage and heroism on a DAILY BASIS.

it's over for the IDF !

Report: Israel arms Fatah-linked gangs in Gaza to fight Hamas

Thursday, 03 July 2025 6:51 PM [ Last Update: Thursday, 03 July 2025 6:51 PM ]

Israel is cooperating with three Gaza-based armed groups, including two Fatah-affiliated armed groups in Gaza City and Khan Yunis, which receive the regime’s support and funding from the Palestinian Authority, according to Ynet.

The new groups are led by Rami Khalas in Gaza City and Yasser Khanidek in Khan Yunis. Khalas is active in the Shejaiya neighborhood, while Khanidek’s group operates in southern Gaza—both areas where Israeli forces are deployed under “Operation Gideon’s Chariots.”

According to Ynet, the Palestinian Authority - the Fatah-controlled government body that exercises partial control over the Israeli-occupied West Bank - started paying the groups' salaries last month, preceding Israel's recent cooperation with them.

Both groups have long-standing rivalries with the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas. The Khalas clan has long been hostile toward Hamas, stemming from confrontations between the two groups after Hamas took control over Gaza in 2007.

The Barbakh clan has recently resurfaced. Last week, members of the same family were reportedly involved in armed attacks on Khan Yunis' Nasser Medical Complex, further suggesting the group’s expanded operational role under Israeli protection.

The Daesh-linked Abu Shabab group—first exposed weeks ago as operating with Israeli backing in Rafah—remains active in the southern “buffer zone.”

According to Channel 13, Israel is arming and equipping these groups with weapons, vehicles, and logistical aid, while deploying them in operations such as house raids and direct clashes with Hamas.

Similar to the Abu Shabab group in southern Gaza, the newly uncovered northern militia operates from bases positioned close to Israeli military positions.

Hamas issues 10-day ultimatum to Daesh-linked group leader to surrender over ties to Israel
This provides the strongest indication to date of Israel's escalating tactic to divide the Palestinian society internally, leveraging allied armed groups to combat Hamas while systematically dismantling Gaza's governance and social infrastructure.

On Wednesday, Hamas gave Yasser Jihad Abu Shabab, leader of a Daesh-linked group, 10 days to surrender to authorities over ties to the Israeli regime.

Hamas’ armed wing, the Qassam Brigades, slammed Abu Shabab for leading a network of collaborators recruited by Israel to sow chaos in the Gaza Strip.
Human nature is a complex thing...they hate hamas more than the people who are literally bombing their people to oblivion right now...this kind of thing has happened throughout history...traitors (or opportunists) are something else

Israeli putting money in their pockets and making them feel liked

Probably told them they won’t kill their families

Or either told them they will kill their families if they don’t fight Hamas

It was softly reported Israel tried to do the same with Iranian IRGC members

“No innocents in Gaza”: Shocking poll reveals genocidal views by Jewish “Israelis”

A recent survey by The Hebrew University's aChord Center indicates that nearly two-thirds of Jewish "Israelis" believe there are "no innocents" in Gaza.

The poll was conducted in the final week of May 2025 and surveyed 1,112 “Israelis”.

According to the survey, 64% of "Israelis" affirmed the view that "there are no innocents" in the Gaza Strip.

Support for this sentiment was highest among supporters of the ruling coalition, with 87% agreeing.

Among voters for opposition leader Avigdor Lieberman's Yisrael Beiteinu Party and other right-wing, non-coalition parties, 73% held the same view.

The poll also revealed significant agreement among centrist voters (67%), while 30% of left-wing voters concurred.

In contrast, 92% of Arab citizens of "Israel" rejected this perspective.

The survey further examined public attitudes toward media coverage of the "Israeli" war on Gaza.

It found that 64% of "Israelis" believe domestic media coverage is balanced and does not necessitate broader reporting on the humanitarian situation in Gaza.

This view was particularly strong among coalition voters (89%), while only 44% of opposition voters agreed, with 56% of the latter calling for more comprehensive coverage.

@peter.parker1 bro it seems these ambushes are getting closer and closer to IDF personnel

I’m thinking the Palestinians will be able to take fresh hostages if this stay on course…

That would be very humbling and humiliating

NEW: A 'difficult incident' in northern Gaza, more than a dozen IDF soldiers seem to have been caught in an Al-Qassam ambush

NEW: The rescue team was also attacked, a total of 16 Israeli soldiers are reportedly wounded, some of them critically

NEW: One of the casualties is said to be a 'high-ranking officer', according to Israeli media

BREAKING: An Israeli soldier has gone missing, the ambush is still ongoing — there are fears of a kidnapping

BREAKING: At least 5 Israeli soldiers have been killed in the ambush – Al Jazeera

Damn…. They calming it already

NEW: The IDF confirms that 5 Israeli soldiers were killed in Gaza yesterday during an Al-Qassam ambush

Occupation Army Radio:Details of the preliminary investigation into the Beit Hanoun incident in northern Gaza Strip where 5 soldiers were killed:
1- The incident occurred within the framework of an operation being carried out by the army in Beit Hanoun in the northern Strip, the Gaza town opposite Sderot city, which has been controlled repeatedly during the war.
2- The incident began after 22:00 last night, when an infantry force from the "Netzah Yehuda" battalion was crossing the area.
3- Two explosive devices placed on the road detonated, one after the other, targeting the infantry force from Netzah Yehuda, despite the army indicating that this area has been subjected to intensive airstrikes in recent weeks as part of "preparation" operations before the ground assault, and yet, the two devices planted there exploded precisely at the moment the force passed through.
4- During the evacuation of the wounded from the explosion site, gunmen opened fire from an ambush toward the rescue forces, resulting in additional casualties, making the evacuation complicated and prolonged, and additional rescue forces were called in.
5- Shooting ambushes after detonating explosive devices have become a recurring feature in recent weeks, where Hamas militants used the same pattern in previous incidents, including the incident that occurred in Khan Younis which resulted in the death of 7 soldiers.
6- The total toll of the incident: 5 dead, most of them from the Netzah Yehuda battalion, and 14 wounded - 2 in critical condition.

Hamas ninjas get bolder and bolder by the day we'll reach that point where a spectacular operation will tell the world that Israelis have lost !

Someone gonna remove this from the net

Herodotus, in his Histories, does refer to "Palestine" as early as 450 BC, specifically using the term "Palaistinê". This reference predates the Roman usage of "Palestine" and is considered the earliest written record of the region's name as a geographical term, according to Wikipedia and other historical sources.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
  • Herodotus's Histories
: Herodotus, often called the "father of history," wrote his Histories around 450 BC.

  • "Palaistinê":
In his work, he refers to a region he calls "Palaistinê," which is understood to be the area between Phoenicia and Egypt.

  • Beyond Philistia:
While the term "Palaistine" is related to the Philistines, Herodotus's usage often extends beyond the limited territory historically associated with them. He uses it to describe a broader region, including what we might now consider the coastal plain of present-day Israel and Gaza, according to the Tel Aviv Review of Books.

  • Early Geographical Name:
This usage by Herodotus marks a significant point in the history of the name Palestine, as it establishes it as a geographical term in written records before later Roman usage
