I don't think so. Former National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and his Deputy were fired for his hawkish stance on Iran. Saber rattling doesn't count as intent. Besides, Iran is nowhere close to Iraq 2003. WAY more capable. It's why the world pauses when Iran announces a planned military strike. Their last strike took out three military airbases in Israel.
