You can disagree all you want. Laws aren't written to be up for indiviual speculation. The government already proved their case. It's now up to the jury. Remember if that RICO sticks they'll sieze all his assest. Non of that is up for speculation.
Laws are literally written for individual speculation to then be interpreted/discussed by a group of individuals as a jury to determine whether the case has been proven or not.
So therefore all of that is up for speculation.
We won't know if they've proven there case until a verdict is read. All we can do is discuss and speculate.
As far as seizing all his assets I doubt it.
He has been making money legally since the early 90s which would be well documented and also has multiple businesses so I doubt they can tie everyone of them to this.
