I'm starting to have flashbacks to 01' y'all.

The underdog team steals game 1 on the road in dramatic fashion and the next day everyone gets a little too hype.

People saying that the Pacers completely changed the lookout of the series are sounding like my friends back in the day after game 1....

-"Shaq look scared of A.I."
-"We'd really got a shot now."
- "We stole one of the road. Now we just gotta win both home games."

I'm saying the same thing now as I did then.... Y'all need to calm the fuck down and wait to see how game 2 plays out.

Edward’s Tatum Brunson Donic = no
Curry LBJ Durant = still are but on downside of career: maybe 2 years left max
Edwards is a no.

Donic is a yes because they will definitely push him to be that superstar because once LeBron retires, donic will have all eyes on him being that superstar..

Brunson stay getting treated like a superstar on the court though..

Tatum is another one that's getting that superstar treatment as well especially with him having a ring and gold medal to his name.

Also, if Haliburton wins a championship, he'll be called a superstar as well.

Tatum wasn’t even best player on his team when they won; so I have him as a no;

Donic has to prove it to me; he’s out of shape and hurt to much; his offense has to be astronomical to overcompensate for his defense

Brunson may get treated like one, a lot that has to do with him playing in ny, but he’s not one

Just because the underdog steals game 1 doesn't mean they will finish the job. Because we all saw how the sixers and Iverson stole one game but the Lakers finished the job being champions even though I hate bringing that shit up.

It’s actually a must win for okc now for game 2.. pacers did their job by stealing 1 on the road to give them some kinda advantage when they get home.. pressure on okc not the pacers.. you’d expect okc to be up by 2 games once game 3 started instead it could be 1 and 1 or 0 and 2.. what people are more hyped about is the game being excited and everybody making it seem like okc was gonna walk all over the pacers and it being a sweep.. pacers already shut some of those people up

What does Luka have to prove, he just had Dallas in the finals. Everyone knows who he is.

Brunson has the New York advantage

Hali is in the finals also; if they lose will he be considered a superstar? Just because one gets there doesn’t mean they are superstars. Booker got there a few years ago; is he a superstar player?

Laker fans

Lakers fans are happy and he can't win.

Either too fat or too skinny.

Luka is a international superstar.

How many first team all NBA's do they have? Luka has 5.

What countries have they led in the Olympics? His country wasn't even making the Olympics before him.

Agreed. And I really want the series to go 6 or 7.

That being said, if this shit is over in a week 4-1 OKC, no one will give a shit about Indy's feel good game 1 victory.

We gotta at least wait until game 2 before completely changing the betting odds :dunno:

Exactly, people getting on their high horse after 1 game that the pacers were able to steal must've forgotten how OKC responds to adversity. Like I said before, OKC will bounce back from this game and will make sure not to let their foot off the gas nor get comfortable because the pacers showed them that the game isn't over until the clock hits zero..

Where the hell is he watching this at? That would take some getting used to
