This is an old clip, but it still rings true.
That's the reason why the eagles didn't sign a lot of players to return, because they were getting all those picks in return.
This is crazy because you never want to see players get hurt before the season starts but it happens.
I'm hoping we don't hear no more news like this from other teams in the NFL with a player suffering from a season ending injury during the off-season.

@CurtDawg Next year's NFL draft will be deep and Howie will have a lot of draft picks to play with.

I'm just glad huff is gone which is why howie wanted to correct a wrong because he's not always perfect when he sign and trade players but he does have a great eye for talent when it comes to hitting on the draft even though he though he had some misses as well.
Eagles want to get younger while most teams in teams NFL are older. It just so happens the eagles got a lot of talent from top to bottom with most guys being young along with some vets on the team.
The 49ers were cleaning house and pretty much look at huff as a rental but they had to give something up to get him off my eagles hands.
