Not too many rookies go to the finals
Happy for him. It would be impressive to see him get another title with a 2nd team some 6 years later or so.
Yeah, now he has a chance to get another ring.

I still remember coming home from lunch with my mom that afternoon (Eastern Conference Finals). She was visiting and we caught the final few minutes of the game with the Sixers (had it recording to watch later). Kawhi with the buzzer beater. I was stunned. Really excited thereafter. She asked me HOW BIG of a shot that was (she loved seeing all the replays, slow-mo and reactions). I said it was definitively the biggest shot in Raptors' franchise history. Explained they were in it tough versus GSW in the Finals though.
When they won ... it was like - "Wow ... they actually did it!"
Yeah, my sixers never recovered from that kawhi infamous lucky bounce shot.
i don't believe no one will ever be that lucky again with the ball bouncing that many times before it went in.
