There are 2 million federal employees, they can cut all they want. It is only $200 billion in salaries. If they get rid of 10% that is only $40 billion which is pocket change. The only way to fix the deficit is to tax the wealthy while keeping the corporate rate low.
Entitlement programs are already at bare bones level such as SNAP, Section 8, disability.
Democrats be talking this ignorant, taxing corporation and do nothing about the wealthy who are their donors. Republicans are talking about using tariffs as revenue generators.
Many of these cheap imported products put Americans out of work force them to work degrading jobs at fast food, or being an Uber driver at 50 years old. This causes the burden on taxes to be shifted to people like me.

Additionally, in some instances you can have both Medicare and Medicaid which is beneficial especially since Medicare is more widely accepted by medical providers as the payments are more reliable as opposed to. Medicaid.
If this goes to the house in the Senate a lot of hospitals and nursing homes are going to close, especially in rural areas. Why people are going to die left and right remember last time when Trump was in office a lot of white people died. Some my people gonna get affected too, but mainly white people gonna get hit hard.
