I think the information they're going to discuss is already out there and involves the driver who wasn't called by either side to testify.
It's smart to take advantage of this attack on him in order to try to get a new trial or reduced sentence.
I could see it working on getting a reduction in time or earlier parole (if either is possible) and I wouldn't be surprised if he was granted a new trial even without this incident.
But the likelihood of him getting this reversed is low.
In fact I could see it hurting him since a new trial means the prosecution also gets a chance to present their case again and I doubt the new prosecutor in LA is going to allow that Kelsi chick to play that little Woody shit she did in the first trial so she'll be forced to actually testify against Torey this time which she avoided in the last trial.

I did say on here which I think is earlier in this thread that Tory caused the two women to beef that night because he was smashing both of them. It is why he was saying sorry to Kelsey for causing the situation on the jail call. When I was told the story I kind of said this may be true because why did Kelsey get immunity? It had to be for something to not come back to her.
