The bail issue I have a problem with, it sets the precedence when dealing with black men. You don't want it to become normal not to grant black men bail while fighting their cases. Remember they did the same to Young Thug.

I agree the bail is racial and never was fair but in puff case, he deserves not getting bail. Also, puff situation is different from the rest. Because he actually did shit he's being accused of. Puff got more shit coming in weeks ahead.
Puff has a known history of contacting and bribing witnesses and was caught attempting to do it in this case which is documented.
He needed to remain jailed if the case was moving forward or there'd be no reason to charge him.

A friend of mine many years ago sold a shotgun and the guy who bought it sawed off the barrel and got caught with it. My boy's prints were found on it and he caught hell getting out of that. He thought it was behind him and moved back to NY where his father lived and next thing he knew, he was being arrested and extradited back to MI. He finally got out of it without any jail time.

TMZ exclusively obtained the booking photo in 2021 ... Armand -- who also starred in the reality show "Gigolos" -- has packed on a few extra pounds behind bars and appears disheveled with messy hair.
His days being a hot gigolo seem to be behind him ... no longer will we see him walking red carpets for Showtime’s "Gigolos," which follows the day-to-day lives of five male escorts based in Las Vegas.
He starred on the show from 2011 to 2016, and just a few years later in 2020, Ash -- real name Akshaya Kubiak -- was back in headlines for a grim reason ... the killing of his girlfriend, Herleen Dulai.
Ash was accused of beating Herleen to death in July 2020 and ended up pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter and mayhem. He was sentenced to 8 to 20 years in prison, which he is currently serving in Nevada.
Now, audiences are learning even more about his life as one of the alleged escorts involved in Diddy's ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering trial in NYC.
Last week, it came out he demanded a sex worker during one of their "freak-offs" ... though texts shown in court seemingly implicated Cassie in the planning of some of these erotic escapades.
Diddy, of course, is currently locked up at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York ... and the intense trial will determine his fate after he pleaded not guilty to 5 criminal counts in total, including 2 counts of sex trafficking, 2 counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, and 1 count of racketeering.
