Cowboys were ass because of injuries. But that’s not what Pickens or his agent care about. It’s his contract year. It’s about getting paid. And yes Cowboys have a better history of getting receivers paid than Steelers do. Noah Brown and Cedric Wilson got bad. Playoffs don’t matter when you trying to get paid.
