It's due to Trump's meddling the first time he was president.

Anyhow, if he didn't mess with it then it even if the delays still occurred it would have likely been ready next year, not 2029.
Smart man. I do what he said those billionaires do when Trump manipulates the market with his tariff news. I don't know exactly when the market will go up or down (though you get a good sense of it by looking at the charts). I use stops to buy and sell.
