I really didn't mean for this to be this involved.....uggg but here it is.
I work with a bunch of youngsters and I've had that same conversation (tone and all) with them about their fckn phones.
I'm not putting too much stock into this because it's a possibility that we missed the conversation where he told them nicely to keep their phone usage to a minimum or limit it to certain times on their shift and they didn't listen.
I feel you, and truthfully speaking I don't want to see Lynn do bad / fail. But he does shit that reminds me of too many shiesty scammy "slicker than a can of oil" ass mfkrs...... and I can't ignore that shit.
His response to the critics of the video of him talking crazy to employees.

cuz the true flex would've been, "oh shit my pool cleaner is here, let me get back to y'all or move to another area."

Ok, ball park how many? Are you still in contact with them? How many do you actively and routinely advise/ counsel with each new hire group? How many have given you referrals to other businesses? Cuz if you've gone to 10 businesses and at the end of the day, week, month or year, and none of them are still in contact with or giving you referrals........ are you really good at that?

If you ran the business like you claim and the business failed....... then you're the reason. Who made the crappy deals with the distributors? Who didn't make sure the distributors were paid? Who failed to male sure ALL staff pay issues were addressed promptly? What about the lease/rent issues?
Even if you're the "co-owner," you have skin in the game. Once you see the other half isn't doing their part..... put processes in motion to get the shit done that needed to be done!

Lastly, does he know what a tutorial is?..... cuz he wasn't teaching any type of game until like the last minute about publicity. But even then he didn't really break it down or explain it like a tutorial..... but I'll give him props on that. You managed to turn that into a packed restaurant on a Tuesday.
